1. Operator and acceptance
Radiant is operated by the Brazilian legal entity identified below. By creating an account, applying to the founding beta, accepting a cohort invitation, or using an authenticated learning area, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice in effect at that time.

2. Eligibility and accounts
- Radiant is intended for people who are at least 18 years old. Do not apply or register if you are under 18.
- You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Invitations are personal, may be email-bound, expire, and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report compromise.
3. Free founding beta
Participant access to the founding beta costs $0, requires no payment card, and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Any future paid product will require a separate offer, clear pricing, and your affirmative choice.
The beta includes only the scope published on the Trust page: a readiness baseline, an explainable Foundations plan, five Software Engineering Foundations modules, learning evidence, and one guided Inference API Starter project. Future roadmap stages are not part of the current service.
4. Learning outcomes and beta limitations
- Radiant does not issue a regulated professional qualification or guarantee certification, employment, interviews, income, promotion, or production readiness.
- Diagnostic results are placement signals, not proof of mastery or a hiring assessment.
- Beta software may change, contain defects, experience interruptions, or be paused to protect users, data integrity, or infrastructure.
- Support targets are operational goals for the cohort, not guaranteed resolution times.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Radiant to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, probe systems without written authorization, impersonate another person, automate abusive requests, distribute malware, or submit secrets or personal data that you are not authorized to use.
Learning exercises and repository verification are intentionally constrained. You may not attempt to escape the sandbox, access networks or platform secrets, consume excessive resources, create unauthorized processes, or interfere with another participant's work.
6. Submitted code and public repositories
You retain ownership of code and other original material you submit. You grant Radiant a limited, non-exclusive license to download, copy, inspect, execute in an isolated environment, store bounded verification results, and display your evidence solely to operate the beta, provide feedback, maintain security, and document learning progress.
The first project requires a public GitHub repository and a pinned revision. Do not place credentials, private keys, confidential information, personal data of third parties, or material you lack permission to share in that repository. A passing result means only that the submitted revision met the current automated checks; it is not a security audit or production certification.
7. Radiant content and feedback
Radiant's lessons, interface, branding, assessments, hidden tests, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning during authorized access. You may not republish hidden tests, copy substantial content, resell access, or remove ownership notices.
When you voluntarily provide product feedback, you authorize Radiant to use it without payment to improve the service, provided that published examples are anonymized or separately authorized.
8. Suspension, withdrawal, and termination
You may withdraw from the beta at any time. Radiant may pause or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, prolonged inactivity that consumes limited cohort capacity, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the beta. When practical, Radiant will explain the reason and provide a route to request correction.
Termination does not erase information that must be retained for legal compliance, security, dispute resolution, or the exercise of rights. Retention is described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Third-party services
Radiant may rely on infrastructure, email, and source-code hosting providers. GitHub and other third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices. Radiant is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, but remains responsible for selecting and governing its processors as required by applicable law.
10. Liability and mandatory rights
The service is provided as a limited beta and is not promised to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiant is not liable for indirect losses, lost opportunities, or decisions made solely from diagnostic or learning results. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights granted by mandatory Brazilian consumer and data-protection law.
11. Changes and governing law
Material changes will receive a new version and effective date. When a change materially affects participant rights or obligations, Radiant will request renewed acceptance before continued protected access where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts legally competent under Brazilian law, without restricting any mandatory right to use the courts of the consumer's domicile.
